Return Policy

I want you to be completely captivated by your new acquisition. If the piece does not work for your space, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the painting must be returned in its original, rolled condition.

• Stretching Clause: Returns are not accepted once the canvas has been re-stretched, mounted, or framed. Please inspect the artwork thoroughly upon unrolling before taking it to your framer.

• Logistics: The collector is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Once the artwork is received back in its original condition, a refund will be issued (minus original shipping costs).

Installation Advice

Because this work is on premium linen, it is highly durable. Upon arrival, we recommend taking the rolled canvas to a professional framer to be re-stretched onto a $187\text{cm} \times 175\text{cm}$ wooden gallery frame.

Pro Tip: Allow the canvas to acclimate to your room’s temperature for 24 hours before unrolling.

Shipped using the "Collector-Preferred" method: professionally rolled in a heavy-duty, reinforced archival tube. This is the safest way to transport large-scale works on linen, as it prevents the wooden stretcher bars from putting pressure on the canvas during transit.

• Speed: Shipped via DHL Express from Curaçao. Delivery to the United States and Europe typically takes 3–5 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch so you can follow your artwork's journey in real-time.

• Customs & Duties: All original artworks are shipped with the international HTS code 9701.10.00. For collectors in the USA, this means the artwork enters Duty-Free, with no additional customs taxes required upon arrival.
